  • You have non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS mutation that has spread or come back.
  • You've already had one type of standard treatment (like chemo or immunotherapy) and it stopped working.
  • You have no active brain tumors that are growing or causing symptoms.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and have a good ability to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges.
