  • Advanced (stage IV) non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or tissue sample
  • Cancer has a KRAS mutation (a specific genetic change)
  • You've already received at least one prior treatment (like chemotherapy or immunotherapy) and your cancer got worse
  • Good overall health (able to perform daily activities with little or no assistance)
  • Expected to live at least 3 months
