Who can take part
- You must have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor must have a specific gene change called KRAS G12C.
- You cannot have received any prior cancer treatment for advanced disease (this is a first-line therapy trial).
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of 3 months or more.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (as determined by a CT scan or similar).
- You cannot have untreated brain metastases, serious heart problems, or another cancer within the last 2 years.
