This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (JAB-21822 and JAB-3312) compared to standard chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C mutation. It is for people who have not yet received any cancer treatment for their advanced disease.

Who can take part

  • You must have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor must have a specific gene change called KRAS G12C.
  • You cannot have received any prior cancer treatment for advanced disease (this is a first-line therapy trial).
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of 3 months or more.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor (as determined by a CT scan or similar).
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases, serious heart problems, or another cancer within the last 2 years.
