VibraCool to reduce pain and opioid use after ACL surgery

This trial tests whether using a special device that gives cold in pulses (intermittent cryo-compression) helps the shoulder feel better after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair compared with traditional icing. It may help with pain and recovery during the early healing period after surgery.

This trial tests two ways to manage pain after ACL reconstruction: a combination of medications (multimodal analgesia) versus a nerve block in the thigh (femoral block). The goal is to see which approach provides better pain control and recovery.

This study tests a procedure called cryoneurolysis (using cold to temporarily numb nerves) to see if it helps reduce pain after ACL knee surgery. If you are scheduled for ACL reconstruction, this might help you recover with less discomfort.

This study looks at freezing a nerve before ACL surgery to help reduce the amount of strong pain medicine you need afterward. If you're having ACL reconstruction with your own tendon and haven't been using opioids regularly, you may be able to join.

This study tests whether adding gentle vibration to your rehab exercises helps your knee get stronger and work better after ACL surgery. If you join, you'll do your usual physical therapy, but some of the exercises will be done on a special vibrating platform.

This study tests whether applying cold therapy (cryotherapy) after knee replacement surgery helps patients need fewer opioid pain medications than standard care alone. If cryotherapy works, it could help you manage pain more safely after surgery.
