Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 25 years old and have just finished your braces (ready for retainers).
  • Your facial growth pattern is either high-angle (hyperdivergent) or low-angle (hypodivergent).
  • You have a healthy mouth with no gum disease, and you can keep good oral hygiene.
  • You do not have any jaw joint (TMJ) problems.
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last 3 months or anti-inflammatory drugs in the last month.
  • You are willing to wear your retainers as instructed.
