Who can take part

  • You have finished wearing braces or fixed appliances and your teeth are now properly aligned.
  • Your lower front teeth are all present, healthy, and normal in size and shape.
  • You have good daily oral hygiene habits (brushing and flossing).
  • You are in good general health and do not have uncontrolled diabetes or other health issues that affect your gums.
  • You do not grind or clench your teeth, smoke, or have any missing/broken/filled lower front teeth.
