  • You must be an active duty soldier.
  • You are currently stationed at Fort Drum or Fort Campbell.
  • You can and will take the Army Combat Fitness Test twice (at the start and after 8 weeks).
  • You are okay with getting two finger-prick blood tests (to check your omega-3 levels).
  • You do not have an allergy to fish.
