This study tests whether omega-3 supplements (healthy fats found in fish) change the structure of your red blood cells in ways that might improve how your body works. You'll take supplements for several weeks while researchers measure changes in your blood.

Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 20–40 years old
  • You are in good health with no serious medical conditions (heart, diabetes, kidney, etc.)
  • You exercise regularly at least 3 times per week for the past 6 months
  • You eat a normal mixed diet (not vegetarian, vegan, keto, or low-carb)
  • You have not taken any dietary supplements in the past 4 weeks
  • You are willing to stop all supplements except those provided by the study for its duration
