Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and have not had any previous treatment for it.
  • You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status of 2 or less).
  • You have adequate bone marrow, kidney, and liver function as shown by blood tests.
  • You do not have untreated hepatitis B or C, or HIV infection.
  • You have not had a prior stem cell transplant, CAR-T therapy, or treatment with a BCL2 or BTK inhibitor.
