Who can take part
- You must have Mantle Cell Lymphoma (confirmed by a biopsy) and have not yet had any treatment for it.
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that is at least 1.5 cm in size on a scan.
- You must have at least one 'high-risk' feature, like a high MIPI score, high Ki-67 (a marker of cell growth), or certain genetic changes.
- Your overall health (ECOG score) must be 0, 1, or 2, meaning you are up and active at least half the day.
