Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 79 years old
- You have had a spinal cord injury (from C4 to T12 level) for a long time and have some movement or feeling below the injury (ASIA grade C or D)
- You do not have a history of seizures, a brain tumor, or any implanted metal devices in your head or neck
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You are not currently taking sedative medications or participating in another trial
