Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have multiple myeloma that stopped responding to lenalidomide (Revlimid).
  • You have received 1 or 2 prior treatments, and your disease got worse during or within 12 months of your last treatment.
  • You are generally healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control.
