Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma (a common type of glaucoma) for at least one year.
- Your eye pressure (IOP) stays above 21 mmHg even when you use two or more glaucoma eye drops.
- You have a MYOC gene mutation (confirmed by a blood test).
- Your eyes have a healthy front chamber angle (Shaffer grade > 3) for the group that requires it.
- You do not have active eye infections, severe dry eye, or certain other eye diseases.
