Who can take part
- You must have a type of leukemia called acute lymphoid leukemia (or mixed/undifferentiated) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
- You need to be between 2 and 21 years old.
- You must have at least 5% leukemia cells in your bone marrow (or blood if bone marrow can't be taken).
- You should be able to do most daily activities (performance status 2 or lower if 16+, or Lansky score above 50 if younger).
- If you have CD19+ B-ALL, you must have had prior treatment targeting CD19.
- You need to have adequate organ function (liver, kidneys) and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
