Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 30 years old and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds)
  • You have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) or T-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma (TLBL)
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney function meet minimum requirements based on recent blood tests and heart imaging
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during and after the trial (4 months post-treatment for men; for women until menopause or surgical sterilization)
  • You have adequate performance status—you can perform light activities and care for yourself (a score of at least 60 on standard scales)
  • You have not received other anti-cancer treatment within 14 days (or 5 half-lives, whichever is shorter) before starting this trial
