Who can take part
- You have severe mitral regurgitation (grade 3+ or higher).
- You are at high risk for traditional open-heart surgery (e.g., due to age, frailty, or other health problems).

- Your heart function is classified as NYHA class II, III, or IV (meaning you experience symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue with activity).
