Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have advanced or metastatic cancer (or lymphoma) for which standard treatment has failed, isn’t available, or isn’t suitable
  • Match one of the study groups (examples: NSCLC after certain prior treatments, CRC with limited prior therapy, or other listed cancers with limited prior therapy)
  • Have recent tumor tissue available for lab testing (for PD-L1 and TIM-3) or be able to provide it during screening
  • Be well enough to participate: performance status 0–1, life expectancy at least 12 weeks, and at least one measurable tumor spot
  • Have adequate blood counts and organ function on recent blood tests (done within 7 days of starting)
