Who can take part
- You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer or another solid tumor that has stopped responding to standard treatment.
- You should be at least 18 years old, and no older than 75 in the first part of the study.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your overall health should be good, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (meaning you are fully active or only slightly limited).
