This study compares two ways to improve hamstring flexibility in men who are not very active: eccentric (lengthening) exercises vs. static stretching. If you have tight hamstrings and are a healthy university student, this trial may help you find which method works better.

Who can take part
- You are a man between 18 and 35 years old and currently a university student.
- You are not regularly active (you don't meet the WHO physical activity guidelines).
- Your hamstrings feel tight — when a doctor stretches your leg straight, it stays below 160 degrees.
- Your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9.
- You have not had any back, hip, thigh, knee, or ankle injury in the last year, and no past hamstring injury.
- You do not smoke, do not take dietary supplements for muscle building, and have not done regular weight training (2+ times per week) in the last 6 months.
