Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old with breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must be HR-positive, HER2-negative, and PD-L1 positive (your doctor can check this).
  • You have tried at least 2 types of hormone therapy, including one with a CDK4/6 inhibitor, and your cancer has gotten worse.
  • You have also had at least one round of chemotherapy for your advanced cancer.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your organs (like liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are working well enough, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
