Who can take part
- Adults aged 18 to 75
- Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed with surgery or treated with radiation plus chemotherapy
- If you have nonsquamous NSCLC, you must have had genetic testing showing no EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutations
- Your cancer must have progressed after treatment with an immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) and/or platinum-based chemotherapy
- You must have at least one measurable tumor and be in generally good health (able to care for yourself, walking and doing daily activities)
- No history of prior treatment with topoisomerase I inhibitor drugs or TROP2-targeted therapy
- No uncontrolled brain metastases, and any treated brain metastases must be stable for at least 4 weeks without needing high-dose steroids
- Adequate organ function, including blood, liver, kidney, heart, and coagulation tests within normal limits
