Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of delayed sleep-wake phase disorder (a condition where your body's natural sleep schedule is shifted later than normal).
- You need to live at an altitude at or above Denver's elevation (about 5,280 feet).
- Your body mass index (BMI) should be in the normal to moderately overweight range (about 18.5 to 30).
- You should not have any recent medical condition, like a surgery or infection, within the past few months.
- You must not have a current psychiatric disorder, such as depression or anxiety.
- You cannot have any other sleep disorder besides delayed sleep-wake phase disorder, and you should not be taking any prescription medications.
