Who can take part
- You must have had severe, repeat fainting spells (reflex syncope) that are linked to a pause in your heartbeat lasting more than 3 seconds, especially if you've been injured or have had near-fainting with a very slow heartbeat.
- You must have tried non-drug treatments (like lifestyle changes or physical maneuvers) that didn't help your symptoms.
- You must have had a positive atropine test (your heart rate speeds up significantly when given the medicine atropine, without developing heart block).
- You must not have any condition that would make the procedure (cardioneuroablation) unsafe, such as active infection or bleeding problems.
- You must not have any condition that would make a CT scan with contrast dye unsafe, like severe kidney problems or an allergy to the dye.
- You must be willing and able to give written informed consent to participate.
