Who can take part
- You had a pacemaker placed before age 50 for slow heartbeat rhythm problems
- Your atropine test was positive (your doctor saw your heart rate respond in a certain way)
- You are between 18 and 65 years old, and you can sign consent
- Your own heart rate is not less than 30 beats per minute
- You do not have persistent, long-lasting atrial fibrillation
- You do not have certain heart history or prior procedures, like heart attack, heart surgery, or prior ablation
