AK112 for untreated advanced kidney cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your kidney cancer must be the clear cell type (the most common kind).
  • You must not have had any prior treatment for advanced kidney cancer.
  • You must have a performance status of 0 or 1 (fully active or able to do light work).
  • You must not have an untreated autoimmune disease or brain metastases that require steroids.
