Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have stage IV non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with fluid buildup in the chest due to cancer.
  • Your cancer should not have certain gene mutations (like EGFR or ALK) that have targeted treatments.
  • You must be well enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must have tumors that can be measured on scans, and you must provide a tumor tissue sample.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment targeting blood vessel growth (VEGFR) or have certain active infections or serious heart conditions.
