  • You are currently in the hospital to get a stent or balloon procedure for blocked heart arteries
  • You do not have severe kidney disease or advanced liver disease
  • You are not allergic to colchicine
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not had colchicine in the last 10 days
