Treatments studied

Part of Heart & circulation, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests whether the drug colchicine can reduce inflammation after planned coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. It may help patients recover better by lowering inflammatory markers.

Low-dose colchicine to prevent bypass graft failure

This trial tests whether a low dose of colchicine, an anti-inflammatory medication, can help prevent bypass grafts from closing after heart surgery. You would take this medication for a set period after your coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
