Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests if colchicine, an anti-inflammatory medicine, can help people with a type of heart failure where the heart pumps well but is stiff and inflamed. You may join if your heart failure recently worsened and you have signs of inflammation in your blood.

NCT06130059Recruiting· Phase 2
Low-dose colchicine for heart failure with inflammation

This trial tests whether a low-dose colchicine (LoDoCo) can help people with heart failure and inflammation feel better and exercise more. It is for adults 50 and older with HFpEF who have signs of inflammation in their blood.

Dallas, Texas
NCT06158698Recruiting· Phase 3
Colchicine for heart inflammation with arrhythmias

This trial tests whether the drug colchicine can help people with heart muscle inflammation (myocarditis) that also causes abnormal heart rhythms, a weak heart pump, or high stress markers. Colchicine is an anti-inflammatory medicine that might reduce heart damage and improve symptoms.

NCT06472908Recruiting· Phase 3
Colchicine after stent procedure for heart disease

This trial tests whether colchicine (a medicine used for gout) can help prevent heart problems after a stent procedure (PCI). It's for people who are in the hospital getting a stent and follow standard heart care.
