This trial tests an experimental cell therapy (GC101) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It uses your own tumor-fighting immune cells, called TILs, grown in a lab and given back to you. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease.

Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 and no older than 70.
- Your lung cancer must be advanced, have a known genetic driver, and have gotten worse after targeted therapy and platinum chemo.
- You need a tumor that can be removed surgically, at least the size of a pea (150mm³), and that tumor must not have had local treatment like radiation.
- After removing that tumor, you must still have at least one other tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You must be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1), and expected to live more than 3 months.
