Who can take part

  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer without EGFR, ALK, or ROS-1 mutations
  • Previous treatment with at least one targeted therapy (if you have other genetic mutations like KRAS G12C) and chemotherapy that stopped working
  • A surgically removable tumor piece (>150 mm³) that hasn't been treated with radiation or other local therapies
  • Good overall health (ECOG 0–1) with no uncontrolled heart, liver, or lung disease
  • Willingness to use contraception for 1 year after cell infusion and ability to have surgery
