  • You have been diagnosed with prediabetes (higher than normal blood sugar, but not diabetes).
  • You are already part of a specific health and diet program for prediabetes in Réunion (the FindRisc Péi-CPTS program).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a cell phone that can receive text messages.
  • You are able to fill out simple questionnaires about your confidence in managing your health.
  • You plan to stay in the same area for the next 12 months.
