Who can take part

  • You must have advanced or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer that can't be treated with surgery or curative radiation.
  • Your cancer must not have certain gene mutations like EGFR or ALK.
  • Either your cancer grew after at least 6 months on a PD-1 inhibitor (cohort 1), or you haven't had any systemic treatment for advanced cancer (cohort 2).
  • You need to have at least one measurable tumor and be in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample for testing.
