Who can take part
- You must have stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer that can be surgically removed.
- You haven't had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy (herbal medicine for cancer is okay if stopped at least 2 weeks before).
- Your lung cancer must be PD-L1 negative and, if non-squamous, have no EGFR or ALK mutations.
- You are in good overall health (ECOG 0 or 1) and your organ function, including lungs, is adequate for surgery.
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant during the study and for 24 weeks after the last treatment.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, active infections (like hepatitis B or C, HIV, TB), or other serious health conditions that would interfere with the study.
