Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that either didn't fully respond to chemo-immunotherapy before surgery, or has spread and progressed after one prior treatment.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample for genetic testing and give blood samples before and after treatment.
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG 0 or 1), and your vital organs function well (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts).
  • You do not have an autoimmune disease, active infections, or other serious health conditions that would interfere with the trial.
