Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with extensive stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for this cancer (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
  • You are able to take oral medications (no swallowing problems or major stomach issues).
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease or a history of certain autoimmune conditions.
  • You have normal kidney, liver, and blood function, and your blood pressure is controlled.
