Who can take part
- You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread widely).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have finished 4 to 6 cycles of platinum-based chemo plus adebrelimab and your cancer has not gotten worse.
- You have recovered from most side effects of that initial treatment.
- Your major organs (bone marrow, kidneys, liver, blood clotting) are working well enough.
- You do not have untreated or active brain metastases, autoimmune disease, or other uncontrolled serious health problems.
