Can heart electrical problems after TAVI get better?

Who can take part

  • You had a TAVI procedure to replace your aortic valve.
  • Your ECG shows a new electrical delay in the heart that started right after the TAVI, specifically a left bundle branch block (LBBB) with a wide QRS (over 150 ms) or a very long PR interval (over 240 ms), or your QRS or PR interval got wider by more than 20 ms.
  • This electrical problem was still present 2 days or more after the TAVI.
  • You do not already have a pacemaker or an implanted defibrillator.
  • You did not have a complete right bundle branch block before the TAVI.
