Inflammation and scarring markers after TAVI

TAVI(Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation)Conduction DisorderAortic StenosisPermanent Pacemaker Implantation

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study looks at markers of inflammation and scarring in people who develop heart rhythm problems after having a TAVI procedure (a minimally invasive valve replacement). It may help doctors understand and predict these complications.

NCT07258706Enrolling by invitation
Study on TAVI results based on patient differences

This trial is for people with severe aortic stenosis who are already scheduled for TAVI (a procedure to replace a narrowed heart valve). It looks at how individual differences affect the procedure's outcomes.

NCT04552275Recruiting· Phase 1
Biomarker study during valve replacement for older adults

This Phase 1 study looks at changes in the body’s “biomarkers” (measurable signs in blood/medical tests) in older people who are getting a specific type of valve replacement. Results may help doctors better monitor or understand outcomes after this valve procedure.

NCT06713889Recruiting
Study of heart valve disease and events

This study looks for biological markers in the blood that might help predict heart-related events in people with a narrowed aortic heart valve. It aims to improve care for those with this condition, whether or not they have a procedure called TAVI to replace the valve.

NCT06055751Recruiting
Heart rhythm monitoring after aortic valve replacement

This trial studies people who had a heart valve procedure called TAVI and later had a heart rhythm problem. You will get a tiny heart monitor placed under your skin to track your heart rhythm over time and help doctors understand how common these problems are.

NCT06481137Recruiting
Can heart electrical problems after TAVI get better?

This study looks at whether electrical problems in the heart that appear after a TAVI valve replacement can go away on their own. It will help doctors decide which patients might need a pacemaker and which might get better without one.

NCT06818435Recruiting
Registry study of the Myval heart valve for severe aortic stenosis

This study is tracking how well the Myval valve works in people with severe aortic stenosis who get it through a minimally invasive procedure called TAVI. It helps doctors learn more about the valve's safety and performance in real-world use.
