Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 80 years old
  • You can read and write
  • You are willing to take part in the study
  • You have COPD at any stage (1, 2, 3, or 4)
  • You have been feeling stable (no recent worsening) for the past 4 weeks
  • You do NOT have a history of lung cancer, certain lung diseases, or lung surgery
  • You do NOT have a neurological, muscle, balance, or heart condition that could affect measurements
  • You are NOT on long-term oxygen therapy
