IX001 TCR-T for advanced KRAS-mutated pancreatic and colorectal cancer
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests a new treatment called IX001 TCR-T, which uses your own immune cells to target cancer cells with a specific KRAS mutation. It's for people with advanced pancreatic or colorectal cancer who have run out of standard options.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You must have advanced pancreatic cancer or colorectal cancer that has spread or come back, and standard treatments have stopped working.
- Your tumor must have a KRAS G12V or G12D mutation, and you must have a specific HLA type (A*11, C*01:02, or C*08:02).
- You should be between 18 and 70 years old and in generally good health (able to do daily activities).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (can be seen on scans) and be expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You need to have adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver) and blood cell counts.
- You cannot have had other gene or cell therapy in the last 6 months, or have certain other health conditions like active infections or autoimmune diseases.

This Phase 1/2 study tests a lab-made immune cell (T-cell) treatment that targets a specific KRAS mutation (G12V) found in some pancreatic cancers. It may help shrink tumors or control cancer growth after standard treatment, and it mainly focuses on safety and early effectiveness.
This trial tests a new cell therapy, DCTY1102, for people with advanced solid tumors like pancreatic, colorectal, or lung cancer who have tried other treatments. It uses your own immune cells that are modified to target a specific genetic change in your tumor.
This trial tests a new treatment called IX001 TCR-T cells, which are specially designed immune cells that target a specific mutation (KRAS G12V) found in some pancreatic cancers. It is for people whose cancer has not been controlled by standard chemotherapy.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (TCR T cells) designed to target a specific KRAS mutation (G12V) in certain advanced cancers. It may be an option for people with pancreatic, bile duct, colorectal, or lung cancer who have already tried standard treatments.
This trial tests a personalized immune cell treatment made for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard care. It’s designed for tumors carrying a specific KRAS mutation (G12V or G12D) and for people whose immune “HLA type” matches the therapy.
This trial tests a new kind of treatment that uses your own immune cells (T cells) that are specially trained to find and attack cancer cells that have a KRAS G12D mutation. It's for people with advanced solid tumors that haven't been helped by standard treatments.
