T Cell therapy for solid tumors with specific KRAS and HLA types

Who can take part

  • You are older than 18 years.
  • You have advanced solid cancer confirmed by biopsy or body fluid test, and standard treatments have failed (or you can’t get them).
  • Your tumor (or blood test) shows a KRAS G12V or G12D mutation, and your HLA type matches the therapy.
  • You can be expected to live more than 3 months, and your overall health score is 0–2.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (at least one measurable lesion).
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (kidney, liver, clotting) are within required ranges.
