Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You must have advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatment or you cannot tolerate it.
- You must have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*11:01 and not have HLA-A*68:01.
- Your tumor must have a KRAS or NRAS G12D mutation.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be in good overall health (ECOG score 0-1) and expected to live more than 3 months.
