Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced pancreatic cancer (cannot be removed by surgery or has spread) that has gotten worse after standard chemotherapy.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V, and you have a specific immune marker called HLA-A*11:01.
  • Your overall health is good (you are able to care for yourself and get around), and your major organs like heart, liver, kidneys, and blood cells are working well.
  • You do not have uncontrolled infections, other active cancers, or serious heart or lung problems.
