Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your cancer is advanced (spread or cannot be removed) and has not been treated with any systemic therapy (like chemo or immunotherapy).
- You are able to care for yourself and are up and about at least half the day (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within normal limits.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. You agree to use birth control during and for 8 weeks after treatment.
