Boost nerve signaling to improve blood vessel function

This study tests a treatment aimed at increasing “rest-and-digest” nerve activity to improve how blood vessels work, especially in people with vascular oxidative stress. It is designed for African American adults and looks at whether the intervention can improve blood vessel-related health markers.

Study on stress history and blood vessel health in young adults

This study tests whether early-life stress affects blood vessel function in young adults by looking at a type of cell stress called oxidative stress. It involves measuring how well your blood vessels work and may help understand why some people have higher heart risks.

NAD supplement trial for brain blood vessel health in aging

This trial studies whether taking an NAD supplement can support brain blood vessel health as people age. Participants will be tested for brain and health changes and may help researchers understand how to keep the brain’s blood vessels healthier over time.
