Who can take part

  • You must have a type of large B-cell lymphoma (like DLBCL or high-grade B-cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to one prior treatment.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and be able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
  • You cannot have had more than one line of cancer treatment before this trial.
  • You cannot have had a stem cell transplant or a PI3K inhibitor drug before.
  • You must not have active infections, autoimmune diseases, or serious heart/lung problems.
