Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that returned or did not respond after at least one prior treatment that included a CD20 antibody (like rituximab).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on a CT or MRI scan.
  • Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score of 0-2).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control.
