Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that returned or did not respond after at least one prior treatment that included a CD20 antibody (like rituximab).
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on a CT or MRI scan.
- Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score of 0-2).
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
