Who can take part

  • You have follicular lymphoma (grades 1, 2, or 3a) and it has come back or not responded after at least two prior treatments
  • At least one of your past treatments included an anti-CD20 antibody (e.g., rituximab)
  • You are 18 or older and in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself, ECOG 0-2)
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan (lymph node >1.5 cm or other lesion >1 cm)
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges (neutrophils ≥1.5, hemoglobin ≥8, platelets ≥75, etc.)
  • You have not taken certain PI3K inhibitors before and had your lymphoma worsen during or soon after treatment
