Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with tennis elbow for less than 3 months.
  • Tennis elbow is in your dominant hand (the hand you use most).
  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • Your grip strength and wrist movement are weaker than normal.
  • You haven't had physical therapy for tennis elbow in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have diabetes, a recent arm injury, balance problems, blood clots, high blood pressure, or cancer.
